My experience with Robins & Day Citron…
My experience with Robins & Day Citron was excellent from start to finish. Jordan assisted and gave sound advice up to the point of delivery and made you feel comfortable throughout the whole process. I would recommend Robins and Day Romford as all the staff i came in contact with was helpful.
I walked into this dealer
I walked into this dealer, and was surprised at the customer care they give. All staff interact with you and nothing seems to be too much trouble for them.
Anyone who wants to be treated with respect and not as another sale target then visit here first, having been to at least six dealers before Robins and Day Sheffield, I did wonder how they would fair. Well I can say they were excellent, and are well deserved of the five stars given
They answered all questions, and to be honest it restored some faith in human nature. I would just like to thank Robins and Day Sheffield for a very pleasurable experience.

I went Robins and Day Vauxhall Chistlehurst after viewing two Mokka X suv,s on there Website.
Walking into the showroom i was immediately greeted by the Salesman LEE PLATT.
He listened to my needs,prepared a vehicle for test,thoroughly explained the controls,especially the Infotainment centre,
we went on a substantial rd test, before looking at the Mokka stock to select the appropriate vehicle.
on collection,Lee explained all the paperwork,we taxed the vehicle
etc etc.
Lee made the whole experience easy and enjoyable,i would thoroughly suggest if you want to buy a Vauxhall then Lee,s the man to talk to.....

I personally had a good experience. Had a chance to have a good look at the car I was interested in without the pressure of any salesman on my case within an instant. Soon as I had finished looking there was a lovely salesman (DARIUS) ready to answer any queries. He dealt with my order professionally in a timely manner and was very polite. Excellent service, Sales advisor Mahad was extremely helpful. Meant to pick up my car on Sunday however when we got there the government website for road tax wasn't working and the manager approved to give us another car to use whilst we waited for Gov website to be back. That was excellent customer service.
