We bought two used vehicles recently fom Robins & Day in Romford. Adam from used car sales team was excellent and he made the whole car buying process extremely easy. Adams friendly and no pressure sales attitude gave us confident and we knew that we were in good hands. we were kept updated at all times. Also a special thanks to used car Sales Manager Jordon who put the whole deal together for us. Very friendly and helpful used car sales team at Peugeot Robins & Day in Romford. Excellent car buying experience. We arrived at the showroom late in the day and enquired about the car we are now buying. The Sales Advisor Nick was very helpful, offered us hot drinks and gave us plenty of time with the vehicle we were interested in. He arranged for us to drive a demonstration vehicle and afterwards explained clearly all the purchasing options available.

I honestly thought the car I wanted I could not purchase snd gave up but I asked someone from Robin and Day to give me a call back and Danella called me and said she could arrange as a home visit never in my 35yrs with motability have I ever had that kind of a service and Danella sorted everything out for me without me having to worry about anything. Iam so grateful to Robin and Day for this service

Whilst looking for a new car for our growing family, the team at Robins and Day made the process totally stress free from start to finish! We felt that we were never rushed and pushed into anything as can be the case with other dealerships, and we are totally supported with all of our decisions throughout. Whilst deciding between engine models, it was never an issue for us to go on numerous test drives whilst we determined which vehicle and engine choices we wanted. We would like to make a special mention to Caitlin, who was our point of contact throughout and was extremely accommodating. Not only did she display total knowledge of the vehicles we were looking at, her level of customer service across the board was exceptional and made buying our new car a total pleasure! Furthermore, the team will do all that they physically can to get you out in your dream vehicle ASAP. We were originally looking at a wait until June (6 months wait due to factory build) for our vehicle, but Mike worked his magic and we are picking our new car up tomorrow, less than 7 days from when were first went in! Very impressed with the whole experience!
