Amazing custormer service abd reasonable offers

Amazing custormer service- I was approached by Beth who works in Robins and Day Peugeot. She was able to answer all my questions and provided me with extra information that I needed. She was able to ease all anxiety I had regarding this investment. I left Robins and Day feeling excited and overjoyed, knowing I was getting a brand new car (exactly what I had wanted) with an affordable montly payment. It was also a stress free process (in terms of paper work). I will definetly come again in the future. Thanks Beth and Robins and Day for making this a worthy experience.

Fantastic!

Absolutely fantastic.. I walked through the door and was welcomed by a group of staff congratulating me for passing my test the day before.. I was greeted by Paul Jackson who didn't pressure me into anything.. I'd phoned about different companies before my visit and I was constantly getting calls back 3/4 times in a row which I was getting frustrated about.. Paul just rang me and left me a message saying congratulations and he will try again later.. Paul made my visit really well and I believe he went as far as he possibly could to help me out. He was very laid back and that's what stood out about him and he wasn't like most sales assistants that pressure someone in to buying a car so they could get their commission... spot on customer service.

Pleasant sales experience

Having been to a number of car dealerships, Robins & Day Godalming, and in particular Chris Jones, showed that finding the right car and purchasing it can be a good customer experience. On first look we could not find what we wanted and we were disappointed that a car that was showing as available on the website had previously been sold. Chris stepped in and tried to help us find something that met our needs. We actually purchased a car that was more expensive than our original budget but it ticked all our boxes and more. We were able to negotiate a good price through Chris and left thrilled with our new purchase. It just goes to show that excellent customer service can not only achieve very satisfied customers but also a sale above budget for the business.
