I was very impressed by the customer service when buying a used car...even tho it was a car from the lowest price range I felt I was treated with equality. I appreciciated the negotiation of price and choose Robins and Day in Derby above others car company's because of this...thank you John Meakin for that. My sales rep Michael took time to find the car I wanted and I was so pleased with what I bought..his approach was friendly and relaxed...just what I wanted. Stephen at Robins&Day Sheffield (Hillsborough) made the process of purchasing a new car and part-exchanging my previous vehicle very simple and clear. They matched a very good offer that I received from another dealership, and buying from a local vendor is always a bonus. All round excellent. Efficient, friendly, helpful, clear & with reasonably flexible and competitive price, plus all the extras on finance lease deal (breakdown cover, courtesy vans & more) .
