Absolutely fantastic

I had an absolutely fantastic experience with Robins and Day Chiswick. All staff were so helpful and friendly when talking with me through different cars as I was in the process of looking to purchase my first car. I would like to thank Alexandra specifically. She went above and beyond to find the right car and way of purchase for me, even when they had no power at the showroom! I could not fault one thing. Customer service skills are a 10/10 and I am forever grateful to them all. Definitely recommend to anyone who’s looking for a new car. Thank you all so much.

Great leasing deal and excellent customer service

Having now taken delivery of our new 2008 I must say how delighted we have been with John Bell at Robins & Day, Leicester. He was very professional from the outset and this has continued throughout our time in dealing with him. The real bonus was not just getting a top leasing deal but also disposing of our 2 year old 3008 to John’s colleagues in used car sales with him coordinating everything to our satisfaction. My wife loves her new 2008 Gt Line and we both very much appreciate the high level of customer care we have received. Well done to John and Robins & Day.

Buying a Car (or indeed two) made easy. Popped into Robins & Day in Sale yesterday to look at cars with a view to purchasing one or two (one new, one used). The attention we received was second to none with polite staff who really made you feel wanted and that they were doing their best to give you what you wanted. We did order two cars as above and we look forward to collecting them soon.
