A Seamless Service

I find the people of Robins & Day to be warm and friendly, approachable and willing to assist. They are courteous and also have a sense of humour. They are,most importantly knowledgeable and were able to answer any questions I had about my purchase. They thoroughly know the product they are selling and are confident in their advice and information about all aspects appertaining to car buying/selling. I have taken my previous car to Robins & Day for servicing and again I highly recommend their helpful and 'can do' attitude in order to accommodate my requests. I intend to use their services for the current car I have purchased. I highly recommend Robins & Day. Thank you.

Helpful and honest service

We travelled some way from Croydon to Walton as we had seen a vehicle of the same type as we had test driven elsewhere. Whilst we were kept waiting (mostly our fault as we were late) when we were able to speak to a sales advisor the service was great, we weren't given an obnoxious hard-sell, and we were told honestly of any flaws with the vehicle. After a fairly lengthy signing-up process we purchased the car, and as a couple of things had to be done to it, it was dropped to our home five days later. Would recommend.

I purchased the vehicle online & travelled from London to pick the vehicle up on Saturday morning. the vehicle was in the condition the sales man had explained on the phone . we went through the paper work , everything seemed OK, the sales man explained the service book was missing and one would be sent to me in the post back dated for any work carried out. over the weekend i went through the paper and noticed some information missing . i emailed the sales with the information that was missing & to let him no the service book still hasn't arrived yet . he replied to say he would look into it and i haven't heard from him to date. the information below i requested. 1. Key number 2. Transponder bar codes for keys 3. Radio code if applicable 4. service book still not arrived on a separate note about the vehicle. about three days after picking the vehicle up the add blue light come on & had to top up with 10 litres of add blue. last week at slow speeds with the window open i noticed a squeak coming from the o/s/f brake with wheel rotating at about 5 mph. other than that everything was smooth and pleasant process and i am willing to adjust review to 5 stars when these issues have been answered. service book & details as requested received in the post .explanation over the add blue & brake squeak except able. there for i have amended to 5 stars .
