Excellent Service
I received a phone call saying my car was due an upgrade if I wanted. I know for these companies it’s all about sales but they were quick to fit me in for an appointment and I went to have a look at new deals the next day. I saw what car I wanted and stated that I did not want to pay any extra than what I was paying for my current car and the salesman delivered (I’m really sorry, I can’t remember his name off the top of my head). He found me a cheaper deal and was able to include a few extras which made it almost impossible to refuse. I was worried about agreeing to a deal without a general idea of how much my insurance would be so the guy found an idea of costs online for me and waited while I made a few calls before confirming the deal. This is the second car I’ve bought through Citroen Redditch and I can’t fault the customer service at all, each time they’ve ensured on offering an affordable deal and I’ve left happy each time.
