Friendly staff, price for the car was fair and they gave me a good trade in price. Overall I was impressed with the service.
Motability gets 5*
I have to say that the Motability chap, Alec, gets 5 * but his colleagues really seemed to be lacking in basic information (we were asking about the various colours the cars come in and what they were called!).
I purchased a Used-Mercedes
I purchased a Used-Mercedes - Sight unseen over the telephone from the Romford Branch. Right from the very first moment talking to salesman Adam, I felt I was in good professional courteous hands.
It can be a risky thing to do buying a used at the best of times, let alone over the phone, paying for it in full prior to delivery. I had never heard of Robins & Day! My nervousness was unnecessary, I could not have received a better service. Even the driver who delivered the car was a remarkably professional, excellent customer-facing chap. I'd hire him as a salesman if I were a sales-manager at Robins & Day.
Highly recommended. I will most likely buy from them again.
