Potential car Purchase
I was questioned about what I was hoping to change and the type of car I was looking for. Darren explained the options regarding the type of fuel and what cars were available now and potential waiting lists. When I returned (after his holiday) I was able to test drive a similar car to what i was leaning towards and subsequent made an order.
I would have scored 4.5 if had been possible as I did feel the suggestion of having a diesel car rather than the petrol I preferred was a bit OTT. Diesel could be bought much sooner and by my second visit one had become available for delivery. There was no "over the top" pressure to have diesel but I did feel it was suggested too much.

I called into the Sale showroom to see how roomy the smaller cars are, I wasn’t ‘pounced’ on which was a relief. After explaining what we were looking for I was shown inside a number of alternative models. We were very pleased with the service from Gill, helping us find a car which was just what we needed. No pressure, everything explained well, a relaxed experience. Thank you.
