Although I am happy with the outcome- I finally got my car! It was not the perfect customer experience I was expecting from the beginning to the end. The issues raised were finally resolved, but I did not appreciate the unwanted pressure place upon me by the car salesman to give him a perfect personal score. It should be up to the customer to be honest and present their own opinion. Again this only tainted the overall experience.7 years agoMotorbility Car.
We decided to choose Peugeot for our new Motorbility car. We were very impressed with the new 208. We dealt with Alec who was so helpful and he arranged a test drive. He was a wealth of knowledge when it came to us asking questions. He was very patient and helpful. So we ordered. I can highly recommend Robins & Day. This was my first experience of buying a new car and the guys have been nothing but honest and helpful! No pressure sells from these guys. The colour I wanted was not available but they tried to get one for me to no avail but instead of trying to push me toward another colour, as it was almost the end of the month and targets need to be met, they went as far as to order me a new one from the factory! They also bent over backwards to help keep within my budget. This experience has completely changed my opinion of “car salesmen”.
