    I had the faulty driver's side lock…

    I had the faulty driver's side lock changed on my Peugeot 406 Estate by Robins & Day Morden, but the second set of keys did not work after this as they had not been synchronised at the time. However, when I reported this, the garage collected the car and both sets of keys, rectified the problem, cleaned the car,and returned it to me the same day,all free of charge. Great service, well done.

    Great service

    I’ve personally never purchased a vehicle from a dealership before and I was a bit worried about the salesman being very pushy. Thankfully this was not the experience I had. The sales adviser was very knowledgeable, friendly and did everything he could to make sure we could take the car away same day.

    Sam’s the Man !!!

    I was very impressed yet again with Robins and Day yesterday. I went there a while ago for a service on my car the service department we very informative and helpful regarding my car service. Yesterday I only went in for a test drive but ended up purchasing my new car !!! Sam was the sales man that took care of my test drive, such a lovely man had all the answers to my many questions. I liked that fact he was so helpful, but not in a pushy way. He fully explained everything in detail. So refreshing to find a salesman with these qualities today.Wonderful experience thank you to Robins and Day at Walton.

    “Being there” in a meeting or conversation has always been important and Jonathan eas “there”, was attentive, informative and sought answers when needed. The showrooms were clean and welcoming. This branch gets the sale where previously visited unhelpful branches didn't.

    So far so good. Nice showroom, everyone has been very helpful and sales staff have not been pressuring. Spoke to another customer asking about his experience and he was very positive. All good signs so far. Narrowed down my choice to a 3008 from a wide choice of other manufacturers. Ended up narrowing it down further to a 1.2 GT Premium auto. Didn’t think i would ever buy a new car but deal was too good. Didn’t think i’d ever buy a French car, from previous experience.. i have now done both. Sam has dealt with all my questions, however unusual they might have been and offered options and choices. I’ve been kept informed all the way so far. Just waiting for delivery....

    I was delighted with the service…

    I was delighted with the service provided. The reception staff were very polite and efficient. I was pleased that they had arranged a courtesy car for me as I usually leave it to late to book my service and miss out. In fact I liked the courtesy car so much that I purchased it on return.
