The entire experience was first class. I did try to haggle over price and was a little disappointed when they refused to budge but on doing some research, the car I purchased was priced so competitively that if I sold it right now - I could make a reasonable profit... that saId, I am extremely happy with my purchase and do not intend to part with it any time soon. I even got picked up from Leicester Station when I caught the train to pick up my new car. There was no hard sell which is what I really liked. I was left to make up my own mind. A car dealership like this is truly a breath of fresh air.
