Gill Snell made buying a car a pleasure.
Through no fault of the team at Sale, my purchase of a used car involved several trips to their site. Each time I was warmly welcomed and treated with interest and courtesy. My needs were carefully considered and suitable cars recommended. When a particular car at another showroom became unavailable, the price of one at Sale was adjusted to match. I was happy with this offer and arranged to buy the car. Mr Snell who helped me make my purchase ensured that it would be ready for me sooner than anticipated which was a lovely surprise, as I was able to pick it up straight after returning my courtesy car just a mile down the road. I am happy with the car and have enjoyed getting to know it. My partner thinks it looks great and is happy that he won the petrol v diesel argument.
