From the first phone call Joe was brilliant, and answered all the questions I had about the car. His customer service skills were second to non. And when it came to organising the paper work/putting down a deposit it all ran smoothly and he explained everything that needed to be done. The over all experience was amazing, I shall be coming back to Robins & Day for any other cars that we may need. I shall certainly ask for Joe next time.

Andrew and Jamie looked after me when I was looking for my new car. They were very helpful and managed to find me the perfect car within my budget and ticked all the boxes. There was no pushy sales techniques or I cant tell you what price I can do until you commit they both went above and beyond to get me my perfect car and could tell they are both passionate in their job. Andrew arranged picking up my car smoothly wity no problems. Andrew is an asset to the branch and I would recommend the branch to my friends and family- (lauren - citraen cactus 25th September) thankyou again x

The salesman was very professional, patient and helpful, especially with regard to disposing of my old broken down car. I felt a bit bombarded with the mulitiplicity of optional insurance products, but grateful for the free 7 days' insurance. The new (used) car is stylish and beautiful. I am confident that there will be after sales care if I need it.
