Great customer service. A few small niggles
Pro:Always excellent customer service. Probably one of the most polite and customer focused front of house teams I have come across anywhere.
Not so good :
- Car park is always rammed and difficult to park even at 7.45am!
- They quoted me for a more expensive genuine Peugout part but neglected to tell me that they also sold cheaper 'Peugeot approved' parts for cars over 5 years old. Their central call centre was surprised they hadn't told me at the garage!
- My 5 Yr old Peugeot has regular problems with various electrical systems (although the car mechanically has never let me down). Not sure I'd buy one again.

I messaged Robins and Day via car gurus about a used car sales. I was contacted on the same day by Andrew who arranged a test drive the following day, after a brilliant test drive I purchased the car, I was given a 5* service which I wasnt expecting as it was a used car not a brand new one I was buying.
From buying the car to Collecting it a few days later both Andrew and Philip kept me informed and looked after this car buying novice.
