We are very happy with services provided by the sales and service departments, The staff at Robins & Day are very cooperative and efficient, . They have a great pride in looking after their customers. Definitely customer focused. Whilst negotiating for the new car they seem to have good knowledge of their products and the process for the sale. We also find that they do guide their customers in the right direction. Just oustanding customer service, friendly and not pushy in anyway, unlike some of the other places we visited when looking for our new car. Robert who I dealt with was really nice and helpful. I didn't have much interaction with anyone else. If they had the exact vehicle I wanted in to test drive I would have given them the full 5 stars but as they didn't I have given them 4 stars.

have had my new car for a couple of weeks now and can't fault it. We found the car on the website and rang the dealer to enquire about it and spoke to Curtis who gave us all the information we wanted to know, we paid the reserve deposit over the phone on the thursday with an appointment made to go on the monday and all the paperwork was done ready for when we got there so that we could take the car home the same day as we had travelled from Sheffield. The service when purchasing from Curtis at Windsor Street Manchester was a pleasurable experience from start to finish and he could not have done more for us to make the purchase go easier only downside was that the inside was suppose to have been cleaned if it was there were certain things in it that had been missed and shouldn't have been in there we would definatley recommend> Thank You
