My experience has been great. I needed a change of motability vehicle due to changes in my disability, I needed a higher up vehicle to suit my needs. I called motability operations who were fantastic in getting me through in what I needed to do then contacted stellanyis to look at a vehicle. I was greeted and seated and offered hot a hot drink by the lovely lady who's name i cannot remember, then after 5 minutes I was greeted by Rolandas, very kind well mannered helpful understanding and good sense of humour. He went through everything with me of my application which was straight forward and gave me plenty information of the vehicle and other perks.
