Booked my van in for service at stellantis Brentford.
The service I recieved was nothing short of exceptional. They had kept me updated on all aspects of the service which was great and sent me a video of checks they carried out on vehicle.
Special mention to Lafira she was very professional, knowledgeable and polite.

My experience was interesting.
My experience was good- with a question mark.
Ad blue problem- well known to Peugeot, who have a compensation scheme, but not to me.
Booked in, then dealt with within 3
days, with an 80% discount for the replacement urea tank. The work still cost £600 on a van that has only done 19000 miles. It's a known fault on euro6 engines, so somehow it still doesn't feel like a good deal even with the discount.
I found out about the compensation scheme through reading Google reviews, not from the garage! They did apply it without argument when I made a request .
The new tank comes with only a 1 year warranty.
In summary, from being booked in, to arriving in a very busy forecourt and being helped to park, to having the work completed and collecting our motorhome, the staff were very helpful.
They seemed pretty overworked in the service department but managed to offer good customer service despite the pressure.
I'm just not certain I would have got the discount if it wasn't for my own research.

I had a great experience with Julian Tate and his team — they were all so friendly, polite, and genuinely made me feel like a valued customer.
Julian made sure I was kept up to date with what was happening with my car, and he even called personally to let me know when it had been washed and was ready to collect.
You can tell he runs a happy, professional team — the girls were brilliant and really helpful throughout. I’ll definitely be going back there next time my car needs a service.

Excellent service from Stellantis & You at Wimbledon.
Popped into Stellantis to have a look at a car for my son, and Keelin was great from the word go… making the sale of the Vauxhall Corsa Yes go smoothly from start to finish. The car was in an excellent condition and very clean and tidy. Lovely touch to have the Bow on the car on collection. Thanks for making it a wonderful surprise!

Jordan Warrener at Chelmsford
Jordan Warrener at your Chelmsford branch was brilliant from start to finish. Very knowledgeable and was great on the test drive. She knew all about the car and was able to help me with the new modern cars. Sadly the gov.uk site was undergoing maintenance so I couldn’t take my car on the planned day as was unable to tax it. As I live over 20 miles away from the dealership, Jordan dropped the car off the next day. Superb customer service.
