Absolutely great service from Wesley at Heathrow. Very patient with me when I was choosing as I am not the most decisive! Phoned me up a few days to make sure I was ok and when I mentioned I didn’t have the users manual he personally dropped it in to me. Couldn’t rate better very impressed.

Best place to make a purchase of a vehicle. Staff very friendly and willing to answer all you question. Helping me out with a good Vehicle choice and with the best price. I really enjoyed making a purchase and I hope to make more business with them in the near future. I would like to add that Jamie was the best member of staff very friendly and professional!!

New car sale experience - Robins and Day Chelmsford
Excellent service provided by Sam and the team at the Chelmsford branch. I ordered a car online, because the offer was too good to miss! Once the sale was handed over to Robins and Day, I received a phone call going through the offer and asking if I would like a car sooner. They got me a car in my preferred colour about 3 weeks before I was promised. There was no hard sell on insurance products, after I explained that I had sourced cover separately. I was made to feel welcome at every stage, without feeling like I was been pressured into signing up for products I did not want/need. After I collected the car, I was given comprehensive instruction on the use of the features on the car. I was also invited to contact the dealer if I had any questions. The quality of the sales and service is second to none. Overall, I am very happy with Robin's and Day and would not hesitate to recommend them to my family and friends. PS. I recommend the coffee, it's good!
