Manchester Robbins and Day is recommended every time .
I called into Manchester Robins and Day on Monday evening . The plan was to look at an identified vehicle then work through a not so shortlist of vehicles in various retailers and then go home and reflect in order to make the right decision . I was greeted by the very lovely Naresh Syal who told me that the vehicle that I had come to see had been sold the evening before . He listened to the reasons that I needed to change my car which is related to the responsibilities of caring for parents with limited mobility and he identified a vehicle which is perfect for my needs . I was amazed how easy the whole process was . Naresh made me feel valued, and the lengthy administrative process linked to buying a new car was made easy . I would like to say a big thank you to Naresh for making what could have been a stressful process into an enjoyable one .
