I called into the Sale showroom to see how roomy the smaller cars are, I wasn’t ‘pounced’ on which was a relief. After explaining what we were looking for I was shown inside a number of alternative models. We were very pleased with the service from Gill, helping us find a car which was just what we needed. I recently purchased a three-year old Peugeot 208 from Robins & Day in Morden to replace my ageing 206 model. The car appears to be in excellent condition with good warranty terms. As a person who is very much put off by Sales people, I have always avoided buying a car from any garage or dealership, but I can honestly say the level of customer service I have received from Gary Foster at Nottingham has been excellent. He took all the stress out of looking for and purchasing my new used car. Gary asked all the right questions and came back to me with his recommendations, and I felt confident that that this was the best deal for me. Big thank you to Karl as well for getting me the best finance deal possible. Very down to earth and friendly, no patronising, pushiness or arrogance. All the staff we met were helpful and anxious to create a good impression. Difficulties with parking on site were quickly resolved. Sales staff were informative and worked hard to make sure I purchased the car that met my requirements.
