Great Customer Service I was given all the facts and info about purchasing a second-hand car through Robins & Day Walton. Sam Auger was especially well informed and I didn't feel pressurised to buy any extras that I didn't need, rather I opted to buy what I truly wanted. It has been an absolute pleasure to order our new car from Robins and Day, Sale, Manchester. This will be our 5th Citroen car but the first one from Robin's and Day. Yazan Albittar deserves a special mention. He dealt with all our questions, gave us as much detail about the car we wished to purchase as he could and never once rushed us or put us under any pressure to buy. He also talked us through the process of the sale and advised us where necessary. We felt comfortable and at ease with him and feel that he could teach a few of the sales people we have seen at other dealerships how it should be done. The transaction for the purchase of the used car I ordered , including the very fair offer for my part-ex vehicle, went very smoothly. The service I received was excellent, and I was amazed at how easy everything went through and how little I had to do myself.
