I had an air bag recall they booked my car in asap also I had a problem with the engine loosing power. The problem was found and a part needed was order and arrived on the same day. I recently purchased a Vauxhall Vivaro E Life and had an excellent experience with Stellantis Liverpool. I was travelling over from the Isle of Man for just one day to collect my car, and the team went above and beyond to make the process smooth and stress-free. Callum was absolutely fantastic throughout. He arranged for the vehicle to be moved from the Lancaster garage up to Liverpool to save me a longer journey, and he kept me fully updated every step of the way. He even called to confirm the car had arrived safely before I travelled, giving me complete peace of mind. On the day I arrived, Callum was an absolute star—friendly, professional, and extremely helpful, making sure everything was ready and the handover went perfectly.
