My Citroen C3 had a recall for a Takata Airbag. The staff were so kind and helpful, going above and beyond to get me in that very day, to my absolute relief! They made me feel so welcome, I was able to take my work laptop and have a hot drink while I waited. I will now bring my car for future services due to their professional and kind customer-focused approach! Special thanks to Simon who pulled a rabbit out of the hat, and Jasmine who welcomed me and showed me where I could work comfortably while waiting. We called in to look at a Peugeot e2008. We were so impressed with the cars and the company we bought the Peugeot e2008 and a Peugeot 3008 Hybrid. The service start to finish was the best we have ever received from a dealership. The building renovations did not discourage the staff in any way. Tim Farrow was amazing, he went above and beyond what we normally expect from a main dealership. He even made up registration plates for our private numbers. The after service has been wonderful too.
