Very pleasant sales person in Ravi, i was slightly disappointed with the trade in but we managed to negotiate a slightly better final purchase figure. I now look forward to collecting my vehicle after the end of August. I would recommend this dealership for its attitude to customer satisfaction, i cannot comment on final service or after sales customer service as this is my first contact with this dealership, however i anticipate a good relationship.

Seamless Transaction

After selling our car privately, we had ready funds to spend on our next purchase. After finding an appropriate car online with Robins and Day, a quick call confirmed it was still available. With it being a new (pre registered) car, no showroom visit was required to inspect the car and everything was done by phone an email. This was necessary given they are in Nottingham and we are in Scotland. The transaction was seamless, and from an original call at 9.00am on a Friday morning, the transaction was completed the same day and the car was taxed and available for collection at 8.30am the next day. Gary was prompt and efficient with his calls and paperwork, and the car was tip top when picked up. All in all, a seamless transaction without even visiting and I'd be happy to purchase from them again.

Having had 2 Citreon Piccaso's in the last 19 years We visited the Robins & Day Garage Coventry to look at exchanging our old Citroen Picasso bought from new KW56 SJV Petrol Automatic as we had done almost 149000 miles Noel Brennan the young salesman who helped us with the selection of a 3yr old Motability model that was available should we wish to buy He always answered all our questions & never had to revert to GOOGLE to search for any of the answers which had happened to us on a visit to a previous car sales garage we had visited in Birmingham (Not a Citroen Garage) He was a very professional salesman & never pushy with his sales technique or pressed us on adding any of the other warranty items available to keep our car in the as new condition Overall the expertise of this garage is 5 star & I would recommend it to already Citreon owners & anyone looking for a new or second-hand Citroen Pete & Lynn Turner
