308 GTI - Legendary Alex
I wrote a review for this dealership back in 2018 and since then I’ve had a 208 Tech Edition and now I’ve just ordered a new 308 GTI. Alex has been my salesperson for all my car purchases and he really is an asset to the Bristol branch. He always manages to find the right car for the right price and the process is always so simple. For this purchase, all the contact was done via email which was great as it meant I didn’t have to go in-store during these weird times. I’ve not had the handover yet but based on my previous two experiences, it’ll go perfectly well. If you’re ever in need of a new car look no further than Robins & Day Bristol. EDIT: I added personalised registration plates to the car and asked plenty of questions whilst waiting for delivery. Nothing was too much trouble for Alex and he was helpful throughout.

Flew from Edinburgh to this car…
Flew from Edinburgh to this car dealership having spent about 1 week on emails to Scott Andrews Sales about one of their Used Peugeot's. Was kept fully aware of car history and ownership and upon Scott's trusting words and guarantees about this particular car decided to buy it so hence the flight without seeing car in person. Excellent service from this gentleman and made welcome by all other staff members at this Branch.
Fabulous experience bought a year old…
Fabulous experience bought a year old Citroen C3 from the Manchester branch with under 5000 miles on the clock. Had it now for over a year and still like new. Beautiful car sold to us by very knowledgeable staff. Had a slight issue staff apologised profusely and had us sorted in a couple of days. Great price too !!!!
Great personal service during the Covid-19 pandemic
Prior to, during and after lockdown there was very good communication from the staff at Robins and Day, Hatfield. I had replies to emails and calls. I had some serious issues with PSA Finance, they helped to resolve these very quickly once the showroom re opened.

Robins and day Nottingham. What can I say apart from excellent customer service 2nd to none. I bought a new car from them last week And couldn’t fault them in any way shape and form.The Salesman Gary Seagrave couldn’t have been more helpful, even in the Torrential rain. Giving me and my wife his umbrella while he got wet.
This is the second car we have bought from them this year the first being for my wife from the leicester branch.
In this current climate of social distancing it’s nice to find helpful genuine people and they all are at Robins And Day I would thoroughly recommend them to anybody.
