Used car purchase
The general manager, Saj, was exceptional. Delay to me picking up the car wasn't handled that well, (Saj was away) but the garage agreed to some extras FOC to compensate for the inconvenience. Would recommend.

Have visited the branch before, and, although because of lock-down was a little more restrictive, the service as before was exemplary.
Car although used, was sparkling and had fuel in to get me home, and all parties involved were very helpful, and accommodating.

Relaxed experience in buying a used car
Sales representative was excellent and not pushy. He was very knowledgeable on the actually car I was looking at as well, answering all my queries.
My only gripe is that I was told on the test drive that a warning light that came on regarding the tyre pressure monitoring system would be sorted out before I picked the car up and that the car had been serviced a week before and all fluids topped up. The day I drove the car away the ad blue sign came up saying it had less than 1500 miles before it required topped up, it should be up to 7,000 or 10,000 from when it was topped up. These things were sorted but did require me to return the car two days after picking it up to get “repaired”

More than happy to help. Made buying another car good day out rather than a myther. Helpfull staff at all times even during this lockdown which has until now picking a new car hard work. KENT was very friendly helpful and a pleasure to talk to, a friend rather than a salesman but still professional throughout. The mandatory face mask made his job unfortunately harder than normal. I would Highly recommended Robins and Day to anyone looking for a new or used car.

Five star rating for this top notch and safely welcoming beacon of light from Peugeot!
We felt safe and warmly welcomed when we entered this clean and excellently laid out showroom. (We had brought our own face masks and gloves).
We were acknowledged, explained the procedures to keep us and the staff there safe, and invited to roam the shiny cars unfetered but knowing there was someone within reach ready to answer any questions.
We had many of course, and when we were ready we can happily report there were no questions we asked that weren’t answered reassuringly and in a caring manner. We were not ‘pounced upon’ as experienced in other places.
Both Justin and Alex were very knowledgeable, their experience with the full range of Peugeot vehicles and stock were immensely helpful in guiding us in our choice of the perfect car for both our needs and our expectations.
You could hear their enthusiasm for the brand but there was no flashy sales talk, just honest, friendly and clear information with a delightful absence of ‘pushiness’.
Well done Peugeot..! Cant wait for the call to tell us when we can collect our new car!
