Excellent service at your site on Washway Road Altrincham. Nothing was too much trouble.
Paul was lovely, let me sit in a new version of the car I was hoping to find as a nearly new purchase. He also suggested I pop to Stockport where they had 2 or 3 that would suit, so I could test drive and potentially buy (knowing this would cost him a sale).
Stockport nowhere near as accommodating. They "couldn't find" the 2 or 3 that were on their website, and seemed determined to talk me into a vehicle that was older and carrying more mileage than I wanted.
I returned to the Altrincham site. Met Jamie. Showed her the ones I had seen online. She contacted your dealership in Birmingham, ordered it, arranged for it to be brought up, I picked it up last Tuesday. Delighted.
Great service at robins and day, but no warranty!
Great service at robins and day liverpool. However , I brought a car with a 12 month warranty, but when collecting the car no warranty information was provided, when I enquired at the garage I was told the information would be sent in the post. I’ve still not received the warranty documents. Disappointing, as I chose robins and day due to the warranty offer.

from the moment I entered to speak to a sales rep it was very clean lovely people, very attentive and very polite I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone

They really make you feel welcome. Always helpful, nothing is ever too much trouble. Even though they were working in temporary accommodation in the car park of the new showroom which because of COVID has had it’s opening delayed. I whole heartedly recommend them.
New Peugeot E208
Jake my salesman was good, courteous, informative and responsive. The purchase was delayed by the COVID19 pandemic, but he communicated through out the difficult times and I finally collected my car yesterday.
The only thing that let it down was the final preparation and checking of the vehicle before it was collected, however its not the end of the world and the car is very good.
