We initially saw the vehicle we've just purchased on the Robins & Day website which was straightforward to navigate. The details were clear and helped us to decide to test drive it. The £100 refundable deposit assured us that no-one else would purchase it before we had a chance to arrange the test drive. That's a good initiative. All the staff at Robins & Day Chelmsford were most helpful. I appreciated being trusted to test-drive the car unsupervised, as my husband and I wanted to experience the vehicle test-drive together. All the arrangements were kept to and we were able to pick the car up a week later. The only small discrepancy is the mileage: the ad mentioned 12,500mi but the car had done 13,030mi when we picked it up.
Altogether, though, a most satisfactory transactional experience, thanks.

I am in the process of changing my car…
I am in the process of changing my car and will be buying the replacement from Robins and Day at Bristol (Cribbs Causway). Despite the limitations of the Covid 19 restrictions I found the experience to be as near normal as possible under the circumstances. Having agreed the purchase of my new car I am just awaiting the transfer of my personalised reg number in order to complete the deal and collect my new car.
