Correct Decision

Purchased an approved second hand Peugeot 3008 and the overall experience was great and pain free. Stuart was a great salesman and a pleasant surprise after many bad experiences with previous salesmen at other dealerships.
They delivered the car to my work and all was well.
Not a 5/5 as the car needed a repair to the suspension links after 2 weeks due to a knocking sound getting worse but repair works carried out swiftly free of charge elsewhere under warranty.
I was unable to see the 'health check report' of the car such as brake pad measurements, tyre life and what generally makes it an 'approved' car until after I had to have repair work completed at a separate garage who presented it to me free of charge as a standard complimentary offering.
This report showed me as a customer of a second hand car the status of the brakes/fluids/etc. If that could be visible at the dealership, you wouldn't have to worry about if there's just enough on the brakes to pass an MOT and it needs attention in a few months etc.
I'd recommend to a friend/family member, but with a pre-approved tag to a car, it would be good to see some health check data up front.

A absolutely brilliant service from the moment I walked in to the door to the point of ordering our new car with Dave Needham who was the first person I spoke to and he looked after us brilliantly from the very start All the way to ordering
We originally went to Mini in Stockport and had the most uncomfortable uninterested service I have ever had, a showroom full of staff walking around and not one person asked if I was ok, needed help...zero help
Hence why I walked out and went to Robins & Day, we have specific requirements for a vehicle and they have helped all the way. For example I needed a car to test drive...RD not a problem had it for an hour.....mini no you can’t have a car no you can’t test drive one!!
Who buys a car without a test drive Mini Stockport!!

Excellent service.. Car got at bargain price
This review is specifically for the Stockport branch as I had a rubbish experience with another branch. I couldn't havee asked more of Dave who was helpful all the way. The car also proved to be a real bargain and I've had absolutely no issues with it.

After purchasing a C5 hybrid
After purchasing a C5 hybrid, I had to learn about how Pod-point is working. The explanation should be more detailed from your specialists. I also experienced that the sales staff should be trained how a hybrid car is working. Hope getting better advice next time?

I was very happy when I visited the car sales an wasn't pushed into anything an the sales rep Gary foster was very polite an explained to me very clearly on any questions I ask him an he was 10 plus all round .apart from the coffee lol an would advice anyone to go there if looking for a new car
