I recently purchased an ex-demonstrator 308SW from R+D Liverpool. I only had dealings with Kate Darby in used sales, and she was spot on. Everything went very smoothly and she was very friendly and professional. I tend to change my car every 6-8 months (always with dealerships), and the whole experience was as good as i’ve had over the last 10 years. Thoroughly recommended.6 years agogreat service

I have just bought my second car in 6 months from these guys and would have no hesitation in going back for a third! On both occasions I dealt with John Blackmore who was friendly, knowledgeable and at no point pushy. He kept me up to date through the whole process and returned phone calls when he said he would! Due to work commitments all of my visits were late in the day and at no point did I feel like an inconvenience. On a few occasions I also spoke to Gary who was more than happy to answer my questions and show me the features of the car even though it wasn't his sale, which is rare in the cut throat world of car sales. They gave me an offer i could not refuse will see how it pans out over the time i will pick up mey new c5 aircross in 2 weeks the only down side the only gave me book price for my trade in which they could of done better but with nearly 3k of the list price i cannot complain too much and the pcp deal was to good to not take up so good show in my book6 years agoExcellent friendly service.
