EXCELLENT NEW EXPERIENCE
Having never used this company before, they have been very well represented by Conor Jefferson who recently sold me a Peugeot Partner van. Despite the challenges of Covid, the remote purchase was easy and the sale/documentation professionally completed by Conor. On arrival, a pleasant experience and a robust platform for reducing covid risks lead by Conor during which I was provided a safe environment to check the van. Conor provided an excellent customer service and is clearly a benefit to the organisation. The van package was great and despite a minor issue with a key Conor has rectified this to a high standard. Dont normally review but very professional service and would recommend this company but more so ask for Conor.

We had excellent experience with this car sales company, they actually went above and beyond for us, we had a problem with my bank, these guys stayed late into the evening (in there own personal time) and were so patient & understanding, while we were on the phone trying to sort the bank out, which took over an hour,
They were offering us all sorts of options to help us out of this situation, which was my banks issue not there’s.
We asked if they could sort a small issue out with the car we were buying before we picked it up, that was completed,
We honestly couldn’t rate them enough, We were able to get the bank sorted eventually, I now have my car, and I love it! We wouldn’t hesitate in using Robins & Day in Weybridge again in the future. Excellent service, Excellent customer service.

I have just collected my new vehicle from robins and day, the salesman couldn’t have done more to help, I waited 3 months for the car and in that the time he kept in touch, keeping me up to date of my cars progress/build and arranging collection at a time that suited me.
