Team work
For anyone looking for a new Peugeot, look no further than Robins & Day Maidstone. Specially ask for either Connor Anderson or Toni.
They were friendly, made me feel at home, were patient - when when my children made them jump by pushing one of the car horns in the showroom! - assisted me when I had questions and worked brilliantly as a team throughout my dealings with them. I mention that last part specifically because I did come back more than once and although Connor was helping me, Toni was happy to step in if he was away. In a sales environment, that doesn't always happen. They made are a credit to Peugeot and I’d have no qualms coming back in the future or recommending them to friends and family.

I have just changed from being ICE car driver to fully Electric. I have just changed from being a Ford man to a Vauxhall surporter. I visited the Nottingham branch to enquire about a Peugeot I had seen on their website. I approached one of the Sales Executives, Gary Foster and I must say from start to finish I found the whole experience extremely positive. I just had the most satisfying customer service
I just had the most satisfying customer experience at Peugeot Robins and Day Leicester. From the moment I arrived I was greeted by a member of staff who was accommodating and very helpful with refreshments and advice while I waited to see Francis Morrissey, the Sales assistant I was due to see. As soon as Francis started dealing with me I felt well looked after. I was offered all sorts of options to choose from with pros and cons of every option. Francis clearly knew his business and excelled at it. He is a knowledgable sales assistant who could answer all questions and queries on the spot. The efficiency with which he sorted the options, evaluated my current car for a trade off and finalised the papers meant that I was there less 50 mins. I could not recommend Robins and Day Leicester and their staff enough. They have gained a loyal customer with their courtesy professionalism. ‘Impressed’ does not begin to describe my feedback on my experience as a customer.
