Very fair, courteous and smooth purchase. They fixed a small problem as soon as I notified them, even collecting and returning the car to my home.
Fantastic service
I came in on Saturday without an appointment & was lucky to be fitted in, I spoke to Todor who was very helpful & friendly. I didn’t have any expectations to pick a car & buy it that day but he was so helpful that I did. I collected my lovely new Astra today & im very happy. I’ll be sticking to Robins & day Edgeware from now on.

Robins & Day are so helpful. They are a very friendly team and I would be reluctant to go elsewhere. The salesmen know their stuff. The service desk is very good and you even get a car wash when your car is serviced.

Our salesman Oz from Robins & Day Chingford was an absolute star!
Having had very bad experiences with other car dealerships, i feel very lucky to have met OZ, who was extremely patient and very willing to go above and beyond to assist us in purchasing our new vehicle! Nothing was too much or too hard! With the help of Michael the manager they were able to find us a deal and car that we are very happy with! Communication was second to none and their knowledge and expertise was very evident.
We are very grateful to both Oz and Michael and look forward to doing business with them again when we renew our car in years to come!
