It was a pleasure from my first visit to your showroom and welcomed by Mr.SAM AUGER, he dealt with all my questions which I was not clear enough. On the day of my appointment, unfortunately I was an hour late due to getting lost on my own account and mistake, when I phoned to explain why I am late, he positively assured me no problem and he is still happy to wait, and in my appointment he explained and advised me on all aspects of my new car and lead me choosing right one, on my second visit we had very pleasure test drive and then spend over two hours to finalise the paperwork, I have been in retail business for over 35 years , ( retired now) I found how supper gentleman he was , I could not fault him on his positive, caring and professional manner and attitude which is very important. I have truly thanked him from of bottom of my heart and will recommend him and your Walton showroom to anyone of my friends, the reason is when I was looking for my new Citroen car I went to other showrooms and unfortunately I left disappointed so I tried the Walton showroom which was excellent and welcoming manner by all members of your staff and led me to Mr. SAM AUGER.
To close I would like to thanks SAM and other members of staff.

I had an absolutely fantasic day today picking my new car Aaron my looked after me so good was rely kind and understanding a true exstrodnary sales man he was polite curious and was very friendly he was a trus gentleman I thank him so much for this and the opportunity to have a brand new car that's only just been registered arron was so good at his job totally dedicated I wish him well and cant wait for my next meeting with arronto collect my car which is very soon my experience was more than fantasic made my day thank you to vauxuel and the staff ????
