As professional and efficient as you can get
I was treated very well on my initial visit to Robin and Day Erdington branch. Richard was very helpful and patient with us in finding a vehicle that suited our need and budget. He even offered us his car which was the same car we were looking at. He explained all the pro and cons in relation to our current vehicle (kia sportage). the new car we were looking at was a citroen c5 aircross hybrid. we wanted to upgrade with Kia to get an automatic car and a car with better break horse power than the Kia we have currently and the C5 delivers that plus its a hybrid which is even better. we were not rushed into making a deal on the spot. we were encouraged to go away and think about the car and come back anytime we wanted to test drive again.
Although Richard was not working on the day we wanted to seal the deal, Tara took over and was very efficient in making the deal and explaining the ins and outs of it all.

Robins and Day in Nottingham…
I visited Robins and Day in Nottingham Last Tuesday after reserving a new car on line, i was greeted by Gary Foster who was manning the front of house. He was excellent, his knowledge and customer service were impeccable and he took me through all the various deals available. In the end I agreed to buy a new Peugeot 3008. I have picked the car up today and Gary again dealt with me in the same manner as before. i can not praise him enough. excellent service and a credit to the company.
