Excellent service is a constant with your service team. Vikki was particularly helpful as I found a slight dint on the rear of the car and she pointed me to whom I should see to resolve this problem. The service went to plan and in a timely manner. I am visiting the Penistone Branch very soon and anticipate the same CUSTOMER EXCELLENCE.

Car dashboard flashed up system fault and service just 1 week after passing MOT at Robins & Day. Next service not due until next year so checked by your staff (at an arranged appointment) and told all OK after engineers had tested, reset system and done a road test.

Our experience with Robson @ day. we were very pleased with the sales executive Malcolm who sold us a car. Very helpful in answering any questions we had. He looked after us as though we were the first customers of the day. He was also very pleasant and approachable and made us feel very welcome and at ease. We bought a perfect car that suits our needs from the perfect salesman. So thank you very much for our experience in purchasing in a car. No need to read your guidance for reviews.
