From initial enquiry to purchase and collection of vehicle, the whole experience at robins and day Peugeot Walton on Thames dealership was first class, couldn’t fault a thing.
The customer service we received from David far exceeded our expectations having dealt with many car dealerships over the years.
David is a asset to the company with his friendly, down to earth and professional manor which instilled confidence in us to go ahead with the purchase.
Also on collection a nice little unexpected extra courtesy of the dealership

I went in for a minor service, The service department were most helpful especially Demi . No surprises with the cost , all work carried out detailed and any problems which need attending to in the future detailed.
While my car was being serviced I looked at some of the showroom models not one of the sales team asked if i was interested in any of the cars. To me this was an opportunity missed for a possible sale.

I have just completed my second purchase at Robins & Day in Preston. I have been more than impressed with the efficiency, care and kindness both times. I have dealt with John on both occasions which I also think is fantastic as you deal with someone that you are familiar with and obviously felt very comfortable with. I cannot fault the service and would have genuinely no hesitance in 100% recommending them
