New Car
This is the first time I have bought a car all by myself, and the process was made very easy. The communication I received throughout was excellent and often duplicated, which I found reassuring. I would rather be contacted twice than not at all.
When I went to collect test drive and collect the car, Terry was ready and waiting for me. He gave full explanations, but in a relaxed way and I never felt rushed or pushed into making decisions. He was also very helpful in passing on little tips and ideas and also directing my how to get back home without driving my new car home through central London!
Great from start to finish
Can honestly say this is the best car buy I have ever done. AND I didn't even see the car in person or test drive the exact car I bought. The team were great with communication throughout and really easy to ask questions and get straight answers. Highly recommend
