Bill Davey is an absolute gem
Bill Davey is an exceptional member of the team. Friendly open and honest which is so rare these days and he definitely knows his stuff . Nothing was too much hassle. He definitely listens and goes out of his way to find the exact specifications wanted on the model in question . Unlike other car sales people in different firms , at no time were you rushed or made to feel a deal had to be done . Completely relaxed and an absolute pleasure to deal with. I got the exact model along with specs needed in such a relaxed environment and will definitely return to this branch again . Thank you

Was looking to downsize and save money and stick with the brand I really like. Took the vehicle I was considering for a test drive, selected the colour and spec and in a matter of a couple of hours it was all signed and completed. Looking forward to my new car in a couple of months.

As Robins &Day we’re fairly local to where I live, it was my first choice as I had seen the Mokka on the road and was interested in a test drive. Sales person was extremely helpful in discussing my choice of new car. I was shown 4 new models. I felt no pressure for purchasing and was given time to sit in the cars. I fell in love with the Crossland. Returned a few days later and had another look and was able to have a test drive immediately. Following the test drive I decided to purchase. The sales team wear very helpful with no pressure selling and the purchase was very straight forward.

Professional Company
I reserved a used car with Robins & Day at Redditch. I had no previous experience of the model but was confident It would be for me. The trade in price I was offered was good and in line with my best expectations. I had to travel eighty five miles to the garage and completed all the preliminaries with Pralay Das (Jish) in advance at home in anticipation of a purchase. Unfortunately the test drive proved the driving position for me wasn’t good and I disappointingly had to cancel purchase. I was impressed with Jish and R & D. The car was presented beautifully and despite the fact that Jish had lost a sale he didn’t show his disappointment and was polite and courteous to the end. I would happily deal with R & D again.
