A good experience
My wife and I visited Robins and Day Citroen Birmingham North on 29th September 2001 and spoke to Richard Bissett with regards to exchanging our Citroen C3 Aircross to a newer model. Found the showroom to be pleasant surroundings and Richard was very accommodating and informative. Although it was our intention to replace our C3 for an up to date model, as a result of Richard’s information and knowledge we ended up buying a C5 Aircross hybrid. This was by no means as a result of sales pressure from Richard but plain old sales skills and pleasantries. The overall experience was pleasant and we came away thinking we had had a good deal. We travelled from Staffordshire to the showroom and I never thought I would travel in excess of 20 miles to by a car but this the third time visiting Robinson’s Day and found it a pleasant experience each time. I would not hesitate to visit again in the future. And the coffee was good.
