vehicle recall
My vehicle was recalled and I was offered the option to have it picked up and returned. I recieved info by text and a paper record. I was very happy with the service and organisation.
Have not received the new car as yet
Have not received the new car as yet, as only ordered 23/11/21 but dealing with Robins and Day Ltd from initial contact to arranging test drive to ordering was very smooth and easy, all done within one week! Peter Crook sales executive who assisted us throughout our purchase trail was a gem to deal with and made it easy for us to decide immediately what we wanted and offered some sound advise of options on table without being pushy at all. A thorough gentleman. Will wait to receive the car faithfully promised in January 2022. Have already recommended this company to a few of my friends who are thinking of going electric.
