Recently bought the new Peugeot 2008…

Recently bought the new Peugeot 2008 and in spite of some unforeseen difficulties with their transportation services company, I was kept in touch constantly by my excellent sales person Daniel Chung. From the start to the end of the process I felt I was dealing with an honest, non pushy, helpful, gentleman, with whom I feel I could still contact with any queries. Well done to Daniel, we’ll done to Peugeot for employing him and well done to the designers of the 2008.

I give you 5 star as the sales person was very polite knowledgeable and was able to answer any questions I had. He even contacted me after I had the car for a few days to make sure everything was ok. I don’t know what I can say to help you improve your service because I received a first class service from enquiring to when I picked up the car up. I love the car thank you very much.

Excellent experience from 1st visit

Excellent experience from 1st visit. Helpful staff in current conditions. Polite and friendly. Communication after and 2nd visit to collect the car all without problem. Sales man dealing with transaction knew the vehicle and was helpful with the gadgets in the car. Sales manager, on both occasions friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend the showroom.

Robins and Day in Edgware have a fantastic customer orientated ethos. My car sales Advisor Ivan was so accommodating g and professional when dealing with my vehicle needs. I remember telling Ivan I was not ready to purchase a new car as I still had 6 months Left on my JAF contract. He advised me that there was no promise and I could book an appointment maybe for the following month. The next month came and I still had no intention of purchase a new car however Ivan said I could come and have a look around and discuss options, again with no obligation to purchase. I attended my appointment and fell in love with the I-cockpit so decided I wanted the all-new 208 as the features are excellent. R & D Edgware made the process so smooth and iron out all my anxieties surrounding changing contracts and closing existing accounts. I was even aware significant financial discounts. Ivan took care of everything and with his colleague, even honoured a personal request regarding the make model and external features of the car. I could not be more please to be back with Peugeot for the 5th year running. They have looked after all my needs and I can see myself continuing business with them for a long time to come. Overall I am so glad I went for that one appointment even though I was not actively looking to make a new purchase at the time. My vehicle drives so well and caters to all my needs. I have also received fantastic after sales care. Thank you team Peugeot.

New Car Delivery

The team were excellent from start to finish. Due to current circumstances which were beyond the dealers control, delivery dates changed a couple of times. However, I was kept informed with regular updates minimising my frustrations. In the end the car delivery was sorted to my satisfaction. I can highly recommend Martyn and his team. Many thanks

We were very well looked after by Jamie at the Hatfield branch. He is very knowledgeable and personable which made the whole process of buying the right car, really easy. I was also impressed with their covid secure practice inside the sales office and the excellent and lovely ladies on the after sales/service desk too. We would definitely use them again and recommend them to others.
