I’ve never bought a car from a garage before. I test drove two cars with a very helpful member of staff. He was knowledgeable, not pushy. The only downside was that we thought he was going to be in the office the following weekend and a simple message on his phone to say he was out of office or e mails would have saved me time and effort.
