Computer booking??.
I booked my service with collection and delivery back of my car. I then received an email with the wrong date. I telephoned and was assured that the right date was in the diary. However the day before the wrong date I was sent an email reminding me that my car had an appointment the next day. I telephoned again and was again assured that the appointment I wanted was booked.
Fortunately my car was collected and serviced on the right day. And, I was very pleased with it.

The mark of good customer service is what happens when things go wrong, as they can do! Robins and Day Newport have responded magnificently twice in the last 18 months and also been supported by Peugeot UK when needed. The entire service team are friendly and helpful, and always make me feel valued as a customer. Little things make all the difference ...... eg sensibly priced new tyres and arranging for contractors to repair alloys and small dents all make for easy car ownership. Many thanks, keep up the good work!

I would like to say thank you for the excellent service I received from Mirza Rasheed at Robins and Day Chiswick. He was very attentive and explained all my quires.

I cant fault robins and day stockport, both myself and my husband have been buying cars from them for the last 10 years and last year my son did too. The service is excellent and they go out of their way to ensure we purchase what we want.
