I AM A DISABLED MAN AND DEALT WITH DOMINIC FROM MOTABILITY.

i dealt with a gentleman called dominic who was in the motability department. he was extremely helpful and couteous and delat with my matter in a very professional way and did all he could to help. it was refreshing to get someone so helpful and willing to go the extra mile to resolve the matter. my only concern is that they took so long to reply to my repeated calls and emails..

Selecting our Motability Car

We went into the Citroen dealership to have a look at what they had in regards to a Hybrid or electric Motability vehicle. The agent Alex was very attentive to our needs and ensured that he listened and responded in a jargon-free manner, He won our confidence which led to a successful afternoon, after selecting a e-C4 model that suited our needs. By the end of the afternoon we had ordered the car and look forward to working with the dealership so we can achieve the best benefits of the car. For us, the after service is as important as the purchase. Excellent experience

Annual MOT

Booked an appointment for annual MOT a stay while it was carried out. I arrived at the designated time my car was taken I decided to go for a walk your agent said he would ring me if I hadn't returned . The MOT was carried out I was sent a health car check on the car. I was extended extremely good service at all stages of thus visit.

Legendary Service This was my first experience of acquiring a car. The gentleman I dealt with at the Chiswick showroom was Ammar. Right of the bat I could tell that he was a true Professional and all about the Customer need's, service and experience. He assessed my needs and created options for me. Popped into the showroom for an appointment with Greg. Had a great chat where he ran through all our options and showed us the car we'd finally honed in on. A very nice and pleasant experience. We'll done team Peugeot, especially Greg, at Robins and Day Walton. Really looking forward to getting the call to pick up our new car.
