I’ve been a customer of Robins and Day for many years, I literally drive 150 miles to get to the garage in Walton I moved away from the area 6 years ago , I’ve always found the service I got from Stuart was second to none sadly he has left, but the service is still just as good , they always get me the best deal
Excellent knowledge Rob at DS North Birmingham
My husband and I attended a prebooked test drive at R&D DS this morning. Robert Mclaughlin was friendly, knowledgable and took great interest in our needs. We were gutted the car we test drove wasn't right for us but Robert was understanding and gave us time to discuss the other models due on the market in the future. We left feeling looked after and when we look to explore our second EV we will be back to see what DS has to offer us then.

Returning customer
I have been a customer for quite a few years, the reason I always come back to Robin Day is because of the service. Polite, helpful and knowledgeable staff who are always willing to go that extra mile. David Connor always makes sure I understand everything and takes time to explain things I may not be sure about. I've never had any trouble with the cars so have never needed to complain.
Poor communication
I paid £99 to reserve a vehicle online and was contacted by a lady who gave me an appointment time to view the vehicle. I was approached by Richard Smutec who tried to find my appointment on the computer system but could not find it. He was most apologetic and went out of his way to locate the vehicle I had come to see.Richard found that the vehicle was in the workshop having work done on it and so I would not be able to test drive it. He did arrange at my request for the vehicle to come out of the workshop so I could inspect it.He also arranged for me to test drive an equivalent vehicle.
Although this was not a very good start Richard went out of his way to do a good deal and I did agree to purchase the vehicle.I felt sorry for Richard as he was put in an embarrassing position through no fault of his own but I do feel that the communication between the people who arrange the appointments and the dealership does need to improve.
