However, after a disappointing start to my enquiries regarding a new car, the team turned up trumps, pulling out all the stops and rectified the situation with admirable speed and application. The man with whom we conducted our business was friendly and efficient, knowledgeable, un-pushy, clear and detailed, quick and to the point. No flannel and no soft soap.
