I just had the most satisfying customer experience at Peugeot Robins and Day Leicester. From the moment I arrived I was greeted by a member of staff who was accommodating and very helpful with refreshments and advice while I waited to see Francis Morrissey, the Sales assistant I was due to see. As soon as Francis started dealing with me I felt well looked after. I was offered all sorts of options to choose from with pros and cons of every option. Francis clearly knew his business and excelled at it. He is a knowledgable sales assistant who could answer all questions and queries on the spot. The efficiency with which he sorted the options, evaluated my current car for a trade off and finalised the papers meant that I was there less 50 mins. I could not recommend Robins and Day Leicester and their staff enough. They have gained a loyal customer with their courtesy professionalism. ‘Impressed’ does not begin to describe my feedback on my experience as a customer.4 years agoExcellent Service
