Very friendly, efficient service from day one. We met Tim on the forecourt as we were looking around. He introduced himself and said 'give us a shout if you have any questions' then left us to browse. No pushy sales pitch. Later, Tim arranged for us to have a test drive, following which we placed an order for a Peugeot 3008. Tim went through everything with us and kept us informed throughout the whole process from order to collection. He made sure that we had all the relevant documents in place to facilitate a smooth transaction. Tim is a great asset to the Robins and Day team and we very much appreciate the service we received.
