Our experience with the Peugeot Robins & Day was extremely pleasant.
After a horrible first tentative of buying our new car at Volvo (waiting for 7 months to finally find out from Volvo customer service UK that our order was cancelled, and not the retailer was very upsetting. Even after that I still haven't received my deposit back - so please be aware of the unprofessional treatment by this so called premium brand), anyway this is not about the other company but the excellent and caring Peugeot team at Chiswick.
I was seen by James (Sales manager), Dhiren and Omar.
The experience from the welcoming was very friendly and caring until the car was delivered. Dhiren and James made all possible effort to prepare our new car, and made sure we received all the information needed, also explained the car inside out in detail.
I could not be happier with the whole experience, we finally felt appreciated with choosing our new car and being treated as unique customers.
The professionalism and caring from the Peugeot team made the whole difference.

Our car sales man was, Nicholas England! I found him to be, helpful, honest, & very patient. He explained things to me about HP & pcp, I just didn’t get it, & he went over & over it until I did. Patient, as it was 3.55 & I did realise the store closed at 4 o’clock. He didn’t rush us & we didn’t leave till 4.45. He was as down to earth & honest, I would say the best sales man I’ve ever dealt with. Thank you Nick x
Good service with good service
Our car was recently serviced and MOT'd by Robins & Day. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. The MOT staff sent us a video showing what was being done. The car was washed and cleaned as part of the service and ready at the time agreed.

My own car was up for renewal, as my local Peugeot dealership has shut I went to Robins & Day. Very friendly staff, was never pushed into anything and wasn’t up-sold anything and left with the car I wanted

The General Sales Manager Farhad was amazing, I was very particular about what I wanted in the car, due to personal illness my car needed to have certain specs and Farhad made sure everything I wanted and needed was included in the car I chose.
Farhad was very patient and answered all questions I had, was a good experience and look forward to speaking to him in the future when I receive my new car.
Very confident that if there is any changes I need Farhad will be able to sort them out for me.
