1 star deducted for using CarWOW, and sending me an offer which was designed purely to drag me in, with no intention to honour the quote.

Excellent service from Robins & Day. My purchase has been a bit more complex than usual, but ‘Harry’ from sales has gone above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly. Purchased another new car from your dealership, couldn’t have been more happy with the service I received off Ashleigh, she was truly professional in her job and explained everything down to the tiniest detail. She regularly kept me informed in the process right down from the actual build of the vehicle. In my opinion she was the ultimate professional, no hassle whatsoever, a credit to your dealership. We have been using Citroen Birmingham North for cars and servicing for the last 3 years and cannot fault them. From Richard (sales) to Josh (service) the experience has been faultless. We recently had our latest service done with new tyres and brakes and the car feels like new so many thanks to Josh for sorting this for us. Totally recommend this dealership.

Could not have received a better customer service at my Peugeot Liverpool Branch, due to a young Lady called Holly who was just so helpful from the start, she is an asset to the company, which has given me so much confidence in knowing that any future problems I may have with my car, I will not hesitate to return to this company, everyone I spoke to was so polite, but Holly was so professional and helpful, first class service from everyone.

I have recently ordered a Peugeot e208 from Robins & Day, Liverpool. It was a pleasure to deal with Simon Pardoe, who from the outset was professional, curtious and informative. Simon worked with me to obtain the best price for my part exchange. He was supported by Jayne and together they provided me with an outstanding deal. I was given the opportunity to test drive the vehicle, which re-affirmed my positive thoughts of it. I would have no hesitation in recommending the dealership and their staff

Jonathan the sales person was excellent…
Jonathan the sales person was excellent he put my wife at her ease and they went for a test drive. He was really accommodation and we also has a good laugh throughout the process. The used car had been a trade-in and had already been put through over 100 checks. There were some marks at different places on the car but Jonathan sorted that all-out for us. All his colleagues were really nice to deal with in his absence (none of that its not my sale so I can't help you). all in all a great experience.
