Great service experience.
I had a great customer experience when using Robins and Day, Stockport for my service. A courtesy car was provided, like I’d asked for and any queries I had were resolved. The service staff member was extremely polite and helpful and I was kept informed throughout the service. The car was taken in around 10am and It was ready to collect by around 3pm. A couple of days after my service a staff member followed up with a phone call to check I was satisfied with everything. I would certainly recommend.
Motorhome warning light fault
Very efficient in making booking and checking-in. Diagnosed problem by lunchtime and initially advised solution by phone, although this needed a part which would take a few days to procure. Another appointment was therefore required. Staff very friendly and extremely competent. Vehicle parking was difficult due to the numbers of units waiting to be repaired, though our Motorhome was reversed out by a member of the workshop team for which we were grateful. Would recommend.

Staff were very friendly
Staff were very friendly, and helpful. The only problem I had was that I was ordering the car, but they kept addressing their questions to my husband and not me, I found this quite annoying.
