I visited Robins & Day at Maidstone for a pre - booked Motability appointment with Toni.
This was my first application for a vehicle through Motability and I thought Toni was excellent throughout the process of purchasing the car.
Now looking forward to it being built later this year.

I had a very good experience when ordering a new mobility car at Robins & Day Edgware branch. They helped my mother pick out her mobility car and communicated with us regularly throughout while we waited for the car to be built. We dealt with the same person all the way through the entire process, Florentina, who was great and took the time to explain everything to me and my mother. We couldn’t praise Florentina enough, she really went above and beyond and provided a first class customer service. Would certainly recommend the Peugeot dealership to friends and family.

Outstanding service from Amelia, Rebekah, and Darren at this main Peugeot dealer in Sheffield. I found a used Skoda Karoq on Carwow, and after an unenthusiastic response from Nick (who told me what a busy day he had ahead), I had an email and conversation with Darren who described how Robins & Day prep every used car. Then I spoke to Amelia, who had all the time in the world over the telephone, and started the process of selling the Karoq to me. She went on leave and passed me to Rebekah. The upshot is that I have a cracking Karoq at a great price: the workshop put 4 matching Bridgestone tyres on it for me, cleaned it up, and it travelled to me on transport by the excellent Mike Smith of MBV Transport of Cleckheaton, West Yorks. Robins & Day treated me as though I was buying a new Peugeot. I was enormously impressed.
